Neurodivergent Support Community
Searching for an autism support group in Cape Town or a welcoming space to meet other neurodivergent adults? Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-exploring, or just looking for connection, join us for low-pressure social events and our WhatsApp group. We're not therapists — just peers who get it.
We're growing a space where informal peer-to-peer connection can thrive. Join our neurodivergent WhatsApp community to connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange ideas (not medical advice), and stay updated on events.
We host regular social events where you can meet other neurodivergent adults and learn and connect over casual, social board games.
Our community strives to be a welcoming, respectful space for autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent adults to connect, share experiences, and offer peer support. While we work hard to maintain community guidelines, we cannot guarantee safety and encourage everyone to use their own judgment.
Come play and learn a variety of board games, from classics to modern favorites, in a relaxed environment.
Join one of our introductory sessions or join our ongoing Dungeons & Dragons West Marches campaign, no long-term commitment required.
Join us for community-led hikes, where you can enjoy nature, meet new friends, and experience the outdoors in a supportive environment.
